View Video Tribute Willadene Gans, 87, of Moline, IL, died Tuesday, June 2, 2009, at Heartland Health Care Center in Moline, IL.

Per her wishes, cremation rites will be accorded. A memorial service will be held Friday, June 5th, at 3:00 p.m., at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 5106 - 28th Avenue, Moline.

Memorials may be made to Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses.

Willadene Ryland was born in Gulfport, MS, on September 20, 1921, to Harry and Lucille (Peregoy) Ryland. On January 17, 1942, in Chicago, IL, she married Paul E. Gans, who preceded her in death March 3, 1996.

She enjoyed teaching of the Bible, dancing, cooking, traveling, and especially loved spending time with her family.

Survivors include: two daughters: Lynn (Harold) Ackerland of East Moline, IL, and Lane Gans of Maplewood, MN; a sister: Palma James of Albany, GA; two brothers: Charles and Marlin Ryland, both of Gulfport, MS; eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents. two brothers, and a sister.
