Vickie M Poulos

Vickie M. Poulos, 57, passed away at her home in Silvis, IL, on Monday morning May 29, 2017. Visitation will be Friday, June 2nd, from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Wendt Funeral Home in Moline, IL. Services will be Saturday, June 3rd, at 10:30 a.m., at the funeral home. Burial will be in Greenview Memorial Gardens in East Moline, IL. Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Vickie M. Raley was born July 12, 1959, in Moline, daughter of William Guy and Loraine (McNew) Raley, Sr. She married her lifelong soulmate, Sharmon B. Poulos, on November 19, 1988, in Rock Island, IL, who survives. She was a member of New Life Fellowship in Moline. She was an avid fan of NASCAR, and her favorite driver was #4 Kevin Harvick. She enjoyed camping, taking pictures, and playing on her computer. Her biggest love was spending time with her grandkids. Vickie always took care of everyone and everything. She was the loving mother to April Carlson, Ryan Carlson, and Courtney (Dan) von Motz; proud grandmother to her four beautiful grandkids Rylan, Kailee, Savannah, and Eben; and “grandpets” Bugsy and Zoey. Survivors also include her husband, and her brother Randy Raley of Kansas City, MO. She was preceded in death by her parents and her oldest brother, William “Butch” Raley, Jr.
