Vee Ilean Rasmussen

Vee Ilean Rasmussen, 78, of Rock Island, IL, went peacefully to her heavenly home on Monday, July 27, 2015, to be with her beloved husband, Ed, who preceded her in death in 2007 She is survived by her children: son, Jeff (Angie) Rasmussen of Rock Island, son, Mike (Carol) Rasmussen of Galesville, WI, and daughter, Laura Rasmussen of Minneapolis, MN. She was loving grandmother to Abbi and Aden Rasmussen, Andrea Dunmire, and Andrew Rasmussen. In addition to her husband and her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Cindy. A memorial service will be held Friday, August 7th, at Wendt Funeral Home in Moline. Visitation will be from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm, with the service at 6:00. Cremation rites have been accorded. Her cremains will be placed at Greenview Memorial Gardens in East Moline, at a future date. Memorials may be made to the family for a fund to be established later.
