Rosielee Qualls, 87, of Moline, IL, died Saturday, January 12, 2008, at Trinity Pathway Hospice in Bettendorf, IA. Rosielee Kellick was born on November 25, 1920, to Claude and Lilly (Meyers) Kellick in the state of Tennessee. She married John D. Qualls on September 7, 1935, in Blytheville, AR. He preceded her in death on May 28, 1985. Before retirement, Rosielee had been employed as a clerk by Storbecks Drug Store, Woolworths, and the Leader Clothing Store. She was a life-time member of the Moline V.F.W., and loved sewing, gardening, baking, and puzzles of all kinds. Visitation will be Tuesday, January 15th, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Wendt Funeral Home in Moline. Services will be held on Wednesday, January 16th at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Moline Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorials may be may to the family for a fund to be established later. Survivors include: a daughter: Elaine Kester, and a son: Joe Qualls, both of Moline, IL; a sister: Dorothy Ellis of Benton Harbor, MI; grandchildren: Jeff, Denise, Kelli, Tracy, Tammy, and David; great-grandchildren: Jennifer, Chadric, Jon, Thomas, Zachery, Jose, Terra Rose, Tiffany, Jackie, Jacob, Regan, and Leha; and great-great-grandchildren: Madison, C.J., and Carlen.
