Pauline Florence Mitchell

Pauline Florence Mitchell, 92, of Las Vegas, NV, formerly of Moline, IL, died on Monday, October 29, 2007, at home. Pauline Mitchell was born on October 21, 1915, to R. Maurice and Loie Cox in Keithsburg, IL. She married Robert E. Mitchell May 2, 1938. Robert preceded her in death on October 27, 2004. She was a member of First Christian Church, a lifetime Kings Daughters member, and a homemaker. Visitation will be held Monday, November 5th, from 4:00 P.M. until 6:00 P.M. at Wendt Funeral Home in Moline. Services will be held Tuesday, November 6th, at 11:00 A.M., at First Christian Church in Moline. Burial will take place in Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline, IL. Survivors include her daughter: Mary Jo Gray of Las Vegas, NV.; grandchildren: Douglas Gray and Stephanie McInnis, both of Las Vegas, NV; Mitchell Greenway of Atlanta, GA; and Michelle Birdseye of Eugene, OR; and ten great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Robert, and a daughter, Loie Ann Greenway. Memorials may be made to First Christian Church, Moline, IL.
