Patricia M Bulens

Patricia M. Bulens, age 47, of Colona, IL. passed away, after a courageous battle with cancer, on Monday, June 18, 2007, at the Genesis Illini Campus in Silvis, IL. Patricia M. Aromando was born on July 31, 1959, to Arsenio and Micheline (Jarry) Aromando in St.Louis, MO. She married James D. Bulens on November 24, 1984. She worked for the IRS for a time, and then was employed for 15 years as a Distribution Clerk for the Rock Island Arsenal at Rock Island, IL. After that she was a CNA at Trinity Home Health Care. Patricia was an avid reader, and was an excellent swimmer. She was involved in two Christian coffee houses, attended churches regularly, and sang in church choirs and nursing homes. She enjoyed helping elderly people. She loved animals, especially her dog Shiloh. Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 21, 2007, at Wendt Funeral Home in Moline, IL. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 20th, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be at Greenview Memorial Gardens in Silvis, IL. Memorials may be made to the family. Survivors include her husband: James; her mother: Micheline Aromando of Chateau Thierry, France; her brother: Daniel Aromando of Bettendorf, IA; and her father-in-law and mother-in-law: Don and Norma Bulens of Rock Island, IL. She was preceded in death by her Father: Arsenio Aromando.
