Patricia A Nelson

Patricia A. Nelson, 69, of Moline, IL. died Saturday, September 15, 2012, at Trinity Medical Center in Rock Island, IL. Visitation will be Tuesday, September 18th, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., at Wendt Funeral Home in Moline. Fureral service will be Wednesday, September 19th, at 11:00 a.m., at the funeral home. Per her wishes, cremation rites will then be accorded. Memorials may be made to the family. Patricia A. Rodrequez was born on February 10, 1943, to Ivan and Charlotte (Hall) Rodrequez. After graduating high school, she attended Dartmouth College in Boston, MA, for two years. She had been employed as a bar manager for the Milan American Legion Post #569 for fifteen years, and most recently had been bar manager for twenty years at the Moline American Legion Post #246 She was a member of the AARP, and Gilda's Club in Davenport, IA. Survivors include: a son, Denel Nelson of Moline; eight brothers; and three grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents.
