O. Jean Fletcher

O. Jean Fletcher, age 89, of Moline, IL. died Saturday, October 13, 2007, at Genesis Illini Campus in Silvis, IL. O. Jean Kelsey was born on November 5, 1917, to Ralph and Valma (Hoppengardner) Kelsey in Ainsworth, IA. On September 3, 1937, in Ainsworth, IA, she married Clarence Fletcher, who preceded her in death on December 12, 1972. Jean graduated from Ainsworth High School in Ainsworth, IA. She was a member of the United Church of Christ in Crawfordsville, IA. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 16th, from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. at Wendt Funeral Home in Moline. Services will be at 12:00 noon on Wednesday, October 17th, at the graveside at Crawfordsville Cemetery in Crawfordsville, IA. Memorials may be made to the family or to a charity of the donor's choice. Survivors include four daughters: Linda (Floyd) Hill of Pinetop, AZ., Diane Hubb of Centerville, IA., Carol (Robert) Magnuson of Moline, IL., and Barbra Shaney of East Moline, IL.; twelve grandchildren; twenty-seven great grandchildren; and five great-great grandchildren. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, and a son: Daniel Fletcher.
