Mary Kathleen Fowler

Mary Fowler, 91, of Carbon Cliff, IL, passed away Saturday, January 2, 2016, at the Hillcrest Nursing Home in Geneseo, IL. Cremation rites were accorded and no services will be held. Mary Kathleen Moline was born in Cable, IL, on July 7, 1924, to John and Sadie Moline. She worked at Twin Disk in Rockford, IL, during WWII, and then was employed in the printing department at the Rock Island Arsenal for over thirty years, retiring January 1, 1988. She enjoyed traveling around and spending time with her friends. Survivors include her civil union partner and sweetheart of 49 years, Lyal Ross Soseman, Carbon Cliff; and a sister, Mardella West of East Moline, IL. She was preceded in death by a son, Scott Fowler.
