Mark L. Rodriguez

Mark (Pepe) Lee Rodriguez, 64, of Moline, IL, passed away at his home on Sunday October 23rd.

Visitation will be at Wendt Funeral Home on Friday October 28th from 4-6 PM, with a small ceremony to follow.

Memorials may be made to Tara Ochoa for funeral expenses.

Mark was born on September 7th,1958 in Moline. The son of Cliofas and Hermelinda (Guerrero) Rodriguez.

He was a longtime employee of QCA Pools and Spas as a manufacturer and installer. He was an avid Chicago Cubs and Bears fan. In his free time he loved fishing, listening to blues music and spending time with his grandchildren. He had a great circle of friends that he has remained loyal to since his childhood. He was always the life of the party who never failed to put a smile on your face.

Survivors include; Daughter, Tara (Mike) Ochoa of Colona, step-son, Wayne (Bobbie) Cunningham of Moline. Mother, Hermelinda Rodriguez. Siblings; Isabel (Cruz) Montanez of Cicero, Donna (Joe) Etheridge of Moline, Janet (Danny) Freisinger of Silvis, Cleo (Dale) Smiddy of Carbon Cliff, Jose (Char) Rodriguez of Tampa, FL. Grandchildren, Isaiah (Jordan) Ochoa, Alonso (Jenna) Ochoa, Jeffrey (Keesha) Cunningham, Jazmine Cunningham, and Christian Cunningham. Great-Grandchildren Lilliana Cunningham, Audrey Cunningham and Emmett Ochoa. He has 12 nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by the love of his life Deborah Cunningham, father Cliofas Rodriguez, stepson Chris Cunningham, and nephew Nathan Etheridge.
