Judith Ann Anderson, age 68, lost her battle with lung cancer on Tuesday, November 7, 2006, at her home in Moline, IL. There will be no visitation, and Wendt Funeral Home, Moline, IL, will be handling the cremation. Friends and family are invited to a "Remembrance Gathering", with food at the Vikings Club, 1450 - 41st Street, Moline, IL, Friday, November 10th, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.. Casual attire is requested. Judith Ann Ingold was born on July 5, 1938, in Peoria, IL, the daughter of Sam and Ella Earnhardt Ingold. In her youth, they moved to Rock Island, and she graduated from Rock Island High School. She married George R. Anderson on September 19, 1958. She retired from the City of Moline, Accounts and Finance Department, in 1994. After retirement, she enjoyed her family, grandchildren, wintering in Florida, and especially her Wednesdays with "Gal Pals", Lolly Coopman and Joy Clayton. Judy will be missed by her family as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and best friend to both of her daughters. She is survived by her husband of 48 years; daughters and spouses: Debbie (Bob) Parmentier of Moline, IL, and Kim (Stan) Landuit of Lakeland, FL; grandchildren Jon and Jenni Parmentier, and Rachel and Emily Landuit; brother Tom Ingold of Ipava, IL, and sister Donna Cooper of Pearland, TX. She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, and two sisters. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Trinity Hospice would be much appreciated by the family.
