Jennifer V Bush-Walz

Jennifer V. Bush-Walz, 37, of East Moline, IL, died Saturday, August 17, 2019, surrounded by her loving family. Cremation rites will be accorded. A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, August 23 rd , from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m., at the American Legion, 829 – 16 th Avenue, East Moline, IL. Memorials may be made to Jennifer’s family for her son’s education. Jennifer was born in Moline, IL, on August 12, 1982, daughter of Mark and Patricia (Bush) Grchan.  On February 25, 2012, in Jamaica, Jennifer married Bradley C. Walz, who survives. Jennifer was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend, and a dog-mom to “Coal”.  Her courage during her 26-year journey battling a chronic kidney disease made her a warrior.  She had an infectious smile and a quick wit.  She was a positive force, and found good in each situation and every person that she met.  Jennifer enjoyed time with her family and friends, reading, and discussing politics. She loved debating every subject, and was never wrong. Among those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Brad; her son, Darrell; her parents, Mark and Patty Grchan; her grandparents, Paul and Sharon Bush; her sister, Amanda (Alex) Vargas; her in-laws, Bob and Pam Filson, and Carl and Pam Walz; her sister-in-law, Miranda (Andrew) Maberry; and several nieces and nephews, including Maya, Alex, and Brandon Vargas.
