Janice A Ross

Janice A. Ross, 74, of Moline, IL, passed away at her home, surrounded by loved ones, on Wednesday, September 9, 2015. A memorial service will be held Monday, September 14th, at 2:00 p.m., at Bethel Assembly of God Church, 3535 – 38th Avenue, Rock Island, IL. Wendt Funeral Home in Moline is handling the arrangements. Janice Feely was born in Columbia, MO, on January 18, 1941, to Willis A. and Alma M. (Guyer) Feely. She married David L. Garmon, and later, on November 21, 1969, in Rock Island, she married Creel Leonard Ross, who preceded her in death on June 13, 2008. She loved living on the Rock River, enjoyed dice games and card games, especially Cribbage, hanging out with her friends, and especially loved spending time with her grandkids. Survivors include her children, Amy ( John) Keiffer and Vicky Binger, both of Moline, Rita (Rich) Rogers of Bettendorf, IA, Tammy (Craig) Wells of Antelope, CA, Rick Garmon of Davenport, Kathy Bovard of Oklahoma, Jim (Kim) Ross, and Dawn Ross, all of Rock Island; a sister, Jean Hughs of Arizona; many grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, and her parents.
