Hazel Leona Marshall

Hazel Leona Marshall, age 93, of Geneseo, IL. died October 11, 2007, at Good Samaritan Center in Geneseo. Hazel Leona Curtis was born on October 19, 1913, to Fred and Pearl (Moody) Curtis in Hannibal, MO. On November 29, 1933, in Hannibal, MO, she married Robert Marshall, who preceded her in death in 1976. Hazel enjoyed sewing and quilting, and especially loved her grandchildren. Services will be held Saturday, October 13th, at 11:00 A.M., at Wendt Funeral Home in Moline, IL. Visitation will be held Saturday, October 13th, from 9:00 A.M. until time of the service at 11:00 A.M., at the funeral home. Burial will be in Greenview Memorial Gardens, Silvis, IL. Survivors include two sons: Robert "Bob" Marshall of Geneseo, IL and Raymond (Chris) Marshall of Las Vegas, NV; and three daughters: Daisy (Dean) Robinson of Moline, IL, Jane Leitner of Clear Lake, IA, and Betty Abney of East Moline, IL; sixteen grandchildren; and many great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one sister, two brothers, and two sons-in-law.
