Gary W. Crisel, age 60, of Milan, IL. died Saturday, July 21, 2007, at Trinity Medical Center West in Rock Island, IL. Gary W. Crisel was born on September 15, 1946, in Rock Island, IL, to Leroy and Anna (Ledbetter) Crisel. He married Shirley Orange on September 14, 1990, in Rock Island, IL. He was employed for 23 years at McLaughlin Body Works in Moline, IL, and retired in 2004 after 16 years at XPac in Milan. Gary loved to fish and hunt, and enjoyed working on cars. Visitation will be held on Monday, July 23rd, from 3:00 P.M. until 5:00 P.M., at Wendt Funeral Home in Moline. Services will be held on Tuesday, July 24th, at 10:30 A.M. at the funeral home. Survivors include: his wife: Shirley; his mother: Anna Crisel; a daughter: Teresa Crisel of Cloquet, MN.; two sons: Gary Crisel, Jr and Shawn Crisel, both of Cloquet, MN.; a sister: Paula Crisel of Uvalde, TX.; and three brothers: Jeff Crisel of Moline; Jerry Crisel of Rock Island; and Randy Crisel of Sulligent, AL. He was preceded in death by his father.
