Donna Ray Woeckener

Donna Ray Woeckener, 45, of Taylor Ridge, IL, passed away Sunday, August 9, 2015, at her home. Services will be held Thursday, August 13th, at 12:00 noon, at Wendt Funeral Home in Moline, IL. Visitation will be for two hours prior to the service, beginning at 10:00 a.m. Burial will be at Andalusia Cemetery in Andalusia, IL. Memorials may be made to the family for a fund to be established at a later date. Donna was born in Jefferson City, MO, on June 15, 1970, the daughter of Alicia Gasaway Kozicki. She graduated from Rock Island High School in 1988. On August 20, 1994, she married Timothy Woeckener, who survives. She was a dedicated homemaker, and loved living life with her family. She enjoyed doing crafts with her grandsons, fishing on the river with her husband and family, and especially enjoyed thunder storms. In addition to her husband, Timothy, survivors include two daughters Jessica Woeckener of Reynolds, IL, and Amie Woeckener of Matherville, IL; a son Codey Woeckener of Ladd, IL; her mother, Alicia Kozicki of Milan, IL; stepparents Susan and Patrick Gregan of Moline, IL; two sisters Elizabeth Gregan of Arizona and Jill Gregan of Moline; and four brothers Ryan Gregan of Rock Island, IL, Adam Kozicki of Bushnell, IL, Allan Kozicki of Milan, IL, and Tony Kozicki of Davenport, IA; and two wonderful grandsons, Daniel Woeckener (7) and Braxton Leffler (8 mo.). Donna, beloved Wife, Mother, Nana, Sister, and friend of many, earned her Purple Wings as a fierce Whipple Warrior.
