Donald D Lawson

Donald D. Lawson, 77, of Moline, IL, died Wednesday, May 23, 2018, at UnityPoint Trinity 7 th Street Campus in Moline. Per his wishes, there will be no services and cremation rites will be accorded.   A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Memorials may be made to his wife, Vickie A. Lawson, for a fund to be established at a later date. Donald was born November 1, 1940, in Los Angeles, CA, son of Clair and Fern (Hall) Lawson.  He married Vickie A. Nelson. Donald retired after driving trucks for many years.  He enjoyed playing pool, and made many friends along the way. In addition to his wife, Vickie, survivors include daughters, Donna (Tony) Lee of Cullman, AL, and Deborah (Bob) Parker of Hutto, TX; step-daughters, Sabreena (Todd) Dusenberry of Fort Meyers, FL, and Brandy (Dean) Harper of Moline, IL; grandchildren, Jamie Pasani, Evan Lawson, Josh Lawson, Kris Fry, Matt Fry, Blake Dusenberry, Megan Dusenberry, Alonzo Wize, Dean Harper, and Hana Harper; and ten-plus great-grandchildren . He was preceded in death by his parents, and a grandchild, Kyleigh Harper.
