She also was part of a Cancer Support Group, for many years that sewed dressings for cancer patients. She and Rezin loved to attend estate sales and auctions, searching for treasures. Charlotte loved to bake, and was known for her pies and cakes. She was a long-time member of First Congregational Church in Moline. Survivors include her daughter, Karen Ann Ylinen of Moline; her son, Gregory (Elizabeth) Rezin of Davenport, IA; grandsons, Paul (Ilona) Ylinen of Austin, TX, Benjamin Ylinen of Basalt, CO, Nicholas Scott of Davenport, IA, and Bryan Scott of Emeryville, CA; great-grandchildren, Alexia and Lukas Ylinen of Austin, TX; and many nieces and nephews.
