Carol Anderson, 71, of Moline, IL, died Sunday, November 20, 2011, at her home. Private services were held Tuesday, November 22nd, at 1:00 p.m., at Wendt Funeral Home, Moline, IL. Burial was in Moline Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorials may be made to In-Touch Adult Day Service, Moline, IL. Carol G. Price was born February 16, 1940, in Thorntown, IN, to Carl A. and Myrtle (Louks) Price. She married Gerald Anderson in Hillsdale, IL, on December 21, 1963. She recently attended Faith Baptist Church in Moline, and previously taught Sunday School, and loved singing in the church choir. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, baking, sewing, and volunteering, and spending time with her "Mousie" dog and "Mr. Cat". She was a sharing person who loved giving of herself wherever there was a need. In addition to her husband, Gerald, survivors are: children, Teresa (Chris) Isaacson of Moline, Jennifer (Paul) Ruby of Springhill, FL, Matthew Anderson of Milan, IL, and Melissa (Greg) Maring of Reynolds, IL; a granddaughter, Ashleigh Ruby; brothers: Bud, Ronald, Donald, and Richard; and sisters: Kathy, Brenda, Donna, Sharon Kay, and Norma. She was preceded in death by her parents, a son Andrew, and a brother Jack.
