Brian L. Jensen, 61, of Prophetstown, IL, passed on Sunday, June 4, 2017, at Rosewood Care Center in Moline, IL. Private services were held at Wendt Funeral Home in Moline on Wednesday, June 7th, with interment in Greenview Memorial Gardens in East Moline, IL. Memorials may be made to the family. Brian was born in Moline on December 8, 1955, the son of Bob and Vernette (Ogden) Jensen. On July 24, 2004, in Henry County, IL, he married Peggy A. Ford, who survives. Brian was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Moline. He was employed as a welder for fifteen years at John Deere Harvester Works in East Moline, IL, where he was a member in good standing of UAW 865. In addition to his wife, Peggy, survivors include a son, Brian P. Jensen and family of Dixon, IL; a daughter, Liz Senneff and family of Milledgeville, IL; a sister, Kathy Ware and family of Etna, WY; a niece, Trina Truempler and family of Stanwood, IA; his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Larry and Diane Ford of Prophetstown, IL; and his brother-in-law, Rick Ford of Hoopole, IL.
