Alice Mari Hogberg

Alice M. Hogberg, 77, of Moline, IL, quietly passed away with her husband at her side, on Sunday, July 7, 2013, at Illini Restorative Care in Silvis, IL. Visitation will be Wednesday, July 10th, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., at New Hope 4-Square Church (formerly Gospel Temple), 2305 - 7th Avenue, Moline. Services will be Thursday, July 11th, at 10:30 a.m.,at the New Hope 4-Square Church. Burial will be in Rose Lawn Cemetery in Moline. Memorials may be made to New Hope 4-Square Church. Alice Mari Youngren was born in Moline on December 17, 1935, to Oscar and Margaret (Janssen) Youngren. On November 25, 1955, in Moline, she married Peter W. Hogberg, who survives. She was employed as a secretary for 15 years at Johnson Sheet Metal in East Moline, and for 26 years at John Deere & Company in Moline. She enjoyed spending time with her family, and especially loved her grandchildren. In addition to her husband, Pete, survivors include, daughter: Karen LeMaster of Moline; grandchildren: Emma and Nick LeMaster of Moline; and a brother: Harold Youngren of Davenport, IA. She was preceded in death by her parents.
